Visitor Guide
How to Make the Most of Your Exhibition Visit
Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned pro, a good plan makes all the difference. Here's our guide:
1. Before the Show
- Set your goals: Are you scouting trends, finding suppliers, or networking? Define what success looks like.
- Pre-register: Most exhibitions offer free pre-registration — save time and money.
- Study the floor plan: Mark must-visit booths and plan your route.
- Book accommodation early: Hotels near major venues fill up fast.
2. During the Show
- Wear comfortable shoes: You'll walk more than you think.
- Bring plenty of business cards: Digital is great, but physical cards still matter.
- Take notes and photos: After 10 booths everything blends together — document as you go.
- Attend side events: Seminars and networking sessions often deliver the most value.
3. After the Show
- Follow up within 48 hours: Strike while the iron is hot.
- Organize your contacts and materials: Categorize by priority and action needed.
- Evaluate your ROI: Did you achieve your goals? What would you do differently next time?
